Halifax, Huddersfield and District Union of Golf Clubs 4BBB

Dear Dewsbury District Golf Club
On behalf of our President and the Executive of the Halifax, Huddersfield & District Union of Golf Clubs I would like to thank you for hosting the 2020 HHDUGC 4BBB Championship on 30th August.
Many of the players commented on how great condition your course was in, so a big thank you to your greens staff for all their effort.
The organisation and hospitality in the Clubhouse was second to none and I would like to thank your Caterers and Bar Staff for looking after our Officials on the day.
As always it is a pleasure for our Union to bring a competition to Dewsbury District Golf Club, as we always know how professional your whole team are.
Your 16th hole managed to yield an unexpected hole in one on the day by Lee Rowbotham from Saddleworth GC, which is the first hole in one in a Union Competition in my memory (although I only go back 5 years!).
Hopefully 2021 will bring a new normal after this covid-19 and we look forward to you hosting another Union event in the near future.
Best Regards
Simon
