Flexible Membership 1st April 2025
The annual cost of £505.00, this is broken down into £75 membership which gives access to practice facilities, handicap, social membership, and union fees plus 100 points (£4.30 per point) and include your union fees .
EXISTING DDGC MEMBERS CANNOT MOVE TO FLEXI
The Flexible membership offer last for 24 months from the date you join ,after 12 months you will need to rejoin and pay the annual price of £505.00 for another 100 points , unused points can be carried over as long as you renew .Should you use up your points you can top up within the 12 month period at the rates listed below .
25 points at £120, 50 points at £220, and 100 at £430.
At the end of the 24 months you will need to decide which DDGC membership category to take up .All games must be booked via the tee booking system with points automatically deducted for casual rounds as per the attached matrix. Medal rounds the points will be manually deducted the Monday after the comp .
Fiddle rounds you must advise the pro shop every time you play .
Flexible members can enter all midweek competitions and all weekend competitions except those that may lead to the honours board. Full list attached.
Flexible members cannot enter club knockouts or represent the club in team events ie Scratch ,Rabbits ,Handicap
Flexible members can take part in both Yorkshire Day and Home internationals (6 points)
Flexible members can play in the club roll ups but must ensure a tee booking is made at the earliest tee slot after the roll up. Flexible members can have a locker if one is available.
Members benefits are included. Partners free social membership, free room hire, , bring visitors at with member rates. Discounts on drinks and food same as all members. 10% off drinks 10% off food. (No discount on set prices or specials)
Flexible members can benefit from the member get member incentive .Flexible members can join the 250 club if numbers available
Flexible members do not have a voting right and are unable to be a member of the CMC
Upgrade to full/mid-week membership at any point, with credit on unused points at £4.30per point.
